Machine features

u German servo feeding system. Main motor, suction blower and dust blower are frequency control.

Feeding unit

u  American sun lead or German Rexroth Bosch lead edge feeding system.

u  Main motor adopt frequency control and with start protection function.

u  Frequency control suction volume due to different board sizes.

u  Left and right stopper is by electric or computer control.

u  High efficiency dust suction blower can clear dust on top of board.

u  3ply, 5ply or 7ply pressure adopts electric control or computer setting control.

u  Entire machine electric zero set.

u  Normal feeding and skip feeding function is provided.

Printing unit

u  Adopt rolling type printing plate mounting system and provide with foot pedal switch to control cylinder rotation.

u  3ply, 5ply or 7ply pressure adopts electric control or computer setting control.

u  Rubber roll adopt high quality rubber with crowning treatment, inking performance is good. (doctor blade is optional)

u  Ink roller adopt high precision hard chrome coated anilox roll. (Ceramic roll is optional)

u  Inking roll up and down is matching with feeding system automatically.

u  Ink shortage alarm device to avoid rubber roll and steel anilox roll collision.

u  Registration adopt brake motor frequency control. Automatically remember zero memory function.

u  Lateral adjustment adopt electric or computer control for a range of 20mm.

u  Use registration fixed magnetic brake. Whenever the units are open, the cylinder will remained there.

Slotting unit

u  5 slotting head can be moved by electric or computer setting adjustment.

u  Knife shaft and creaser shaft surface hard chrome coated and re-precision grinding.

u  Spring type flap cutting knife design for 3ply, 5ply and 7ply.

u  3ply, 5ply and 7ply pressure setting is electric control or computerized.

u  Registration fixed adopts magnetic brake structure. Whenever units are open, knife position will be remained the same.

u  With touch screen control.

Die cutting unit

u  Anvil roll attached with re-grinding system to keep anvil cover surface smooth.

u  Speed compensation system to keep anvil roll speed always the same with die cutting roll speed so that die cut accuracy is exact.

u  Anvil roll is bush design, lateral movement is 80mm.

u  Pressure for 3ply, 5ply, and 7ply adjustment is electric or computer control.

u  Registration adjustment adopts brake motor, electric or computer control.

u  Lateral adjustment adopts electric or computer control for a range of 20mm.

u  With wastage conveyor system.

u  Touch screen control.
