Main advantages：
l The feeding part is a cardboard rig with an independent feeding roller. For easier knife adjusting and maintaining, the feeding part can be separated with cutting part.
l Cutting part is a cutting roller with an independent dual knife. The blade is of a spiral shape. It can reduce the impact of cutting, and thus has a very low inertia. Knife position can be adjusted by turning the screw on the knife pivot and get the best cutting result. What worth mentioning is the specially designed auto sharpening function (optional). It can make knife sharpening very easy and ensure the upper and lower knifes remain sharp.
l The stacking part applies an air suction device to make sure the finished paper can be stacked steadily.
l Clients can choose the number of engines on the cutoff knife as per the actual demand of production speed. The configured energy-saving drive can dramatically reduce the energy consumption and ensure the cutting precision.
l The machine has a set of highly efficient control system, including: order info, machine status and product data. It can also be controlled by our Dry-end Control System (DCS) or any production management control system.
